Frenum Piercing

The frenum piercing goes through the frenum band (also called frenulum). It is the longitudinal band under the glans. It can be pierced with good training without any problems. Almost painless to prick. Use of a very small but strong ring or rod, usually 1.6 mm. Makes fun during sex! Won’t pull out during sex if properly set.

In the post-circumcision condition, the frenum is usually gone as well—although it often has remnants at the posterior base that can be used.

In a very thin ligament, you have to go a little further back, where there is more material.

Sexual abstinence for about 2 weeks.

Healing time: 2–3 weeks
