Piercing procedure
The piercing is a bit more complex than the other piercings, so it is more expensive. Painless procedure under local anesthesia. Use of a rel. thick ring of 3mm thickness (on request also 4 or 5mm ring directly possible) through the urethral opening and about 10-12 mm backwards in the lower glans pit out. Excellent anatomical landmarks! No outgrowth. Problem-free, rapid healing in 3-5 weeks. Beware, there are bunglers who manage to get out somewhere at the bottom of the acorn. See mispunched PA
Size Ring Prince Albert Piercing
Most PA carriers stretch further to 4-8 mm. The stretching always only in 1 mm steps (i.e. 4mm, then 5mm ring etc.). You can do the stretching yourself, but only when the scar around the stitch canal has softened. Or you come to us, we do a quick stretch under local anesthesia (stretching is otherwise usually painful!).
Stretching the PA piercing
Most PA carriers stretch further to 4-8 mm. The stretching always only in 1 mm steps (i.e. 4mm, then 5mm ring etc.). You can do the stretching yourself, but only when the scar around the stitch canal has softened. Or you come to us, we do a quick stretch under local anesthesia (stretching is otherwise usually painful!).
However, we recommend not stretching it to more than 6 mm, otherwise the ring will be too heavy, with the risk of it growing out due to the permanent pull from the weight (already seen with 8 and 10 mm rings).
Urination
The stream of urine takes a different shape, but you learn to deal with it. With practice, the jet can be directed just as precisely when peeing standing up as in the time before the PA piercing. Interestingly, the stream of urine is not obstructed (even with sizes up to 6mm). There are no scars or strictures on the urethra because this last, very peripheral part of the urethra is robust and insensitive in this regard.
Having fun at sex
The PA piercing is mostly emotionally neutral to a little more emotional than without. But for the partner it is clearly noticeable!
Healing time
Good, fast healing because the puncture canal is short and is always flushed clean with sterile urine.
