Daith Piercing
Piercing against Migraine
A special piercing is the Daith Piercing, which lies in the horizontal fold behind the tragus.
It contains an acupuncture point against migraine. We locate the point by an instrument to measure the electrical resistance of the skin, to be most precise and reach a maximum effect against migraine.
We have had many clients with an overwhelming effect in improvement in migraine: fewer attacks, milder attacks. In some there was also an improvement, but not in such a dramatic extent.
The healing is slow, because of the thick cartilage.
Healing time: 6-10 weeks
